Data Chaos? There's Revenue in There!

Growth Brews - Issue #002

You might find hidden opportunities in places you haven't imagined

Imagine this: You're a biz owner checking your marketing metrics one morning over coffee. Ad platform says $50 per sale, CRM thinks it's $60, and your e-comm dashboard is convinced it's $55.

You can feel the anxiety creeping up as the numbers glare at you like judgmental extended family members at Thanksgiving…

But what if I told you those mismatched metrics aren't necessarily the kiss of death?

Grab your coffee and buckle up, because I'm about to show why inconsistent numbers can actually be a good thing. No, I'm not drunk… yet.

The House of Data

Think of your business like a funky vintage house you're visiting while traveling somewhere nice. When you take pictures from different angles, each photo shows a different side or room, but they're all of the same house representing your overall business.

Your paid ads data is the grand entrance showing how folks first arrive at your doorstep. What's the curb appeal like? Is the path clear to draw people in?

CRM and other analytics are the cozy living room tracking who sticks around to make themselves at home. Are people engaged and comfortable or just passing through?

E-comm or your contract tool is the office where you close deals and make money. Is it inviting and conducive for conversions?

Your email marketing is the kitchen nourishing prospects. Are you feeding them what they want?

Only when you look at all the 'pictures' together can you fully understand your business.
